Three Health and Wellness emerged from a deeply personal journey that began in 2013 when I witnessed the transformative power of CBD on my terminally ill mother. As her health declined, I observed a remarkable improvement in her quality of life through the use of CBD
oil. It was the only significant change in her treatment during her final months, providing comfort and relief when it was needed most.
My Journey with CBD
Following my mother’s passing, I navigated the complexities of grief with the support of CBD. While I briefly tried antidepressants, I found that CBD offered a more holistic approach
to managing my emotional well-being. The contrast in my mental health during periods without the oil reinforced its efficacy in alleviating anxiety and emotional distress.
My journey with CBD extended beyond myself; my dog, who had been a source of comfort during my grieving process, was diagnosed with an incurable arthritis disorder at just six
months old. After numerous treatments failed, it was CBD oil that alleviated her pain, allowing her to thrive and live alongside me in Dubai.
Partnering with Henri
In July 2025, I embarked on an exciting new chapter by partnering with former Premier League footballer Henri Lansbury. Henri’s stellar career with clubs like Arsenal, Aston Villa,
and Nottingham Forest laid the foundation for his successful venture into the wellness industry with his popular lawn feed business, Grass Gains. Our paths crossed through mutual friends, where Henri was introduced to CBD. Initially skeptical, he soon experienced the incredible benefits firsthand—relief from the aches and pains of his football career, improved sleep, and a positive shift in mood.
The Future
Recognizing the shared vision of promoting health and wellness, Henri and I decided to partner and expand our mission. Together, we aim to enhance lives through our premium CBD oil products, now under the name **Three Health and Wellness**.
